30-day satisfaction guarantee
Please do not return your order until you have contacted us at: kontakt@eclipsis.dk, and have approved your warranty processing. If this is not done, we cannot approve it and make use of the satisfaction guarantee.
We know it's hard to trust a product that sounds too good to be true. That's why we're proud to offer our 30-day satisfaction guarantee when you buy our Eclipsis Crystal Epilator.
In order to approve the satisfaction guarantee, there are some criteria that must be met - after you have made a purchase from us, you will receive an email with these guidelines as well as a guide to get started with your new Krystal Hair Remover.
1. The Krystal Hair Remover must be used according to the instructions and rinsed before use. If this is not done, you may experience redness, burning and irritation.
2. The Krystal Hair Remover must be tested on arms or legs to test your skin's reaction before it is used on more sensitive areas of the body, such as: under the arms, in the intimate area or on the face.
3. Use the crystal hair remover with a gentle pressure against the skin. If the Krystal Hair Remover is used too harshly on the skin, you may experience redness, burning and irritation.
4. If you do not experience an optimal effect of your new Krystal Hair Remover when used on dry skin, please moisturize the skin and test the product again. Depending on your skin & hair type, this can optimize your result when using the Krystal Hair Remover.
5. It must be possible to display before and after pictures.
How to use our Satisfaction Guarantee.
1. Test our Eclipsis Signature products for at least 10 days from the delivery date, but no more than 20 days.
2. If you are not satisfied with our Eclipsis Crystal Hair Remover , please send our customer service an email at: kontakt@eclipsis.dk. Here you will be asked about your experiences with the Krystal Hair Remover, and asked to describe why you want to use our satisfaction guarantee. If you have had a bad or unsatisfactory experience, you will also be asked to document this, in the form of pictures or video material.
3. Once your satisfaction guarantee is approved, you must return your Eclipsis Krystal Hair Remover(s), in its original packaging, via a trackable postal service, no later than 40 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer service.
4. When the product is returned, the purchase price will be refunded to you. Note that it can take up to 5 working days from the time of the refund for the money to appear again in your bank account. The money is always refunded in the same way as it was paid in. Please note that we only receive packages that are delivered directly to the address.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not work properly, we offer a 2-year warranty for all our products. We reserve the right to refuse if the damage is self-inflicted. In this case, send us an email at: kontakt@eclipsis.dk
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover if:
1. You are unhappy because of rapidly receding hair growth. As the Krystal Hair Remover removes the hairs at the surface of the skin, the hairs grow back. The speed of this is individual, depending on each person's hair growth. The rate of hair regrowth is not something the Krystal Hair Remover can reduce.
2. You are dissatisfied that the Krystal Hair Remover does not work like/or in the same way as a scraper. Since it is a Krystal Hair Remover, and not a scraper, it is a completely different way of removing unwanted hair, and therefore the two hair removal methods cannot be expected to work in the same way.
3. The satisfaction guarantee cannot be used as a longer right of withdrawal. When using the satisfaction guarantee, we must be contacted at our customer service, via email at: kontakt@eclipsis.dk.
4. Incomplete, inconclusive or illegible claims are considered invalid. If the product does not work optimally and it is self-inflicted, the 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover. You must have used Eclipsis Signature products, at least once a week for the 30 days. Actual postage costs for sending and returning our handsets are the full responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
